Returns & Shipping


All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.

*Holidays and weekends excluded.

Judee's will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

Judee's uses USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the USPS tracking number for your package.

All orders placed on the weekend will be processed that following Monday. Judee's charges 7% sales tax on orders shipped in Indiana. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.


Judee's wants our customers to be completely satisfied with each purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online order, you can return it within 7 days by calling Judees at 219-324-6443 for an authorization number. Once the order is past 7 days, the items are final sale and are no longer returnable. *Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.* To return or exchange an item, the purchased item must be returned in the following condition: not worn, not altered or washed, with all tags intact and with the original receipt.
